Compliance Officer 

With over 40 years of experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, I have made significant contributions in both the private sector and at TAFE Queensland. Throughout my career, I have worked across various roles, including management and teaching in the Indigenous Faculty at TAFE, where I was deeply involved in delivering training and assessment qualifications from the BSZ to the current TAE40116.

I have successfully established and managed four Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) over the past 20 years, overseeing compliance and operations with a keen focus on quality. My expertise includes navigating and leading through four audits, the most recent by ASQA, which resulted in my RTO securing a prestigious 7-year audit cycle.

Since joining ETG in 2017 as RTO Manager, I have had the privilege of working with a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and fostering an environment of excellence within the VET sector.
